Welcome to the official Pre-Release event for Magic: The Gathering – Secrets of Strixhaven. Return to Strixhaven, Magic’s beloved mage school, and uncover years of mysteries as you explore its hallowed halls and beyond. The five colleges are back, each with their own unique look, feel, and magic focus. As you increase your skills, make academic discoveries, and work to prove your college is the best but beware—second-year knowledge comes with a side of increased danger.
Each participant will receive a pre-release kit at random containing 5 Secrets of Strixhaven Play boosters, 1 themed Secrets of Strixhaven booster, 1 pre-release promo from Secrets of Strixhaven, 1 spindown Life Counter, 1 information sheet for deckbuilding & 1 cardboard deck box..
Event & House Rules
Friday Pre-Release
- Participation fee is 39 € per player.
- The event will go through up to 4 rounds of Swiss play.
- Each round will last for 55 minutes.
- The event will be capped at 48 people.
- Deck building will begin at 18:15 sharp. Please let us know in case of late arrivals.
- Drinks & snacks are available on location and outside sources are not allowed.
- All players are required to join all events via the Companion app – M7WMV7D
Prizes
- 1 Secrets of Strixhaven Play Booster per player will be added to the prize pot and divided up among the TOP 8 finalists.
- Each player will receive 1 Secrets of Strixhaven booster as a door prize.
- Promotional items will be given out as door prizes as well as for the final standings.
Saturday Pre-Release
- Participation fee is 39 € per player.
- The event will go through up to 5 rounds of Swiss play.
- Each round will last for 55 minutes.
- The event will be capped at 44 people.
- Deck building will begin at 13:15 sharp. Please let us know in case of late arrivals.
- Drinks & snacks are available on location and outside sources are not allowed.
- All players are required to join all events via the Companion app – XQYJVQZ
Prizes
- 1 Secrets of Strixhaven Play Booster per player will be added to the prize pot and divided up among the TOP 8 finalists.

- Participation fee is 39 € per player.
- The event will go through up to 5 rounds of Swiss play.
- Each round will last for 55 minutes.
- The event will be capped at 24 people.
- Deck building will begin at 13:15 sharp. Please let us know in case of late arrivals.
- Drinks & snacks are available on location and outside sources are not allowed.
- All players are required to join all events via the Companion app – RZ64PZP
