DESCRIPTION:Together with Mänguklubi and Robotiklubi from TalTech\, MABRIK is happy to help host a small festival for a variety of tabletop games including Warhammer 40\,000\, Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG\, a pile of board game goodness and other related activities. A big thanks to Red Bull for helping with drinks. \n\nParticipation is free and everyone is welcome\, so come and check out the fun and frolics!\n\nEVENT DETAILS\n\nWarhammer 40\,000: Open Play\n\nAre you ready to embark on epic battles and conquer new frontiers? Consider this a warm-up event for future tournaments! \n\nThere will be two tables set up for playing Warhammer 40\,000 – bring your armies and prepare to do battle in the grim dark universe!\nA specialist is available to answer any questions you have regarding the rules\, gameplay and/or miniatures.\n\nPainting Workshop \nPainting Workshop is a special event for the local wargaming and hobby community to break sprues behind a table and get some painting done on their backlog of miniatures. And for the first time\, it is taking place outside our board game club! \n\nThere are Army Painter and Citadel tools\, paints and other supplies to use for free on location\, or you can bring your own.\nFor first time painters\, we have a selection of miniatures to use for learning the basics.\nA specialist is available to teach and guide the process as able.\n\nYu-Gi-Oh! TCG: Learn-to-Play \nYu-Gi-Oh! is an exciting universe based on a card game played with Monsters\, Spells\, and Traps.The Learn-to-Play is designed to teach new players about the core mechanics of the game. \n\nThere is a teacher on hand to help you learn the basics.\nEach attending player will receive a promo card for participation.\n\nBoard Game Night \n\nThere are a selection of board games that you can play on location focusing on shorter games (around 2 hours) and social games or family favorites.\nYou are welcome to bring a game of your choice and make a night of it with new or old friends!\n\nRobotiklubi Showcase \n\nThe Robotics club will also be there to showcase a couple of their latest contraptions\, so make sure you drop by to see what mesmerizing contraptions they have in store for us.
